ELISPOT, ELISA and flow cytometry

CTL has optimized, qualified, and validated test methods for its clients in various test systems, including - but not limited to - human, mouse, rat, rabbit, pig, and various monkey species. This has provided CTL with a wealth of expertise encompassing a wide range of assay types (ELISPOT, ELISA and Flow cytometry) in a non-regulated and regulated environment.

ImmunoSpot® analyzers constitute CTL’s classic line of laboratory plate readers. Each Analyzer is designed for scanning and evaluating a wide range of microtiter plate-based bioassays, in particular ELISPOT assays.

ImmunoSpot® analyzers are available in a variety of models, each one designed to make assay analysis faster, easier, and more efficient than ever before.

CTL BioSpot™ analyzers have been specifically optimized for scanning viral plaques and microbial and mammalian colony formation assays. They allow much smaller plaques and colonies to be detected, even against complex backgrounds, thus dramatically reducing the amount of growth time required.

Although CTL provides a variety of cost-effective, high-performance ELISPOT plate readers, it also provides access to this technology without the need for capital investment. PBMC reference samples and serum-free test media

As with all biological assays, variations in the procedure can create significant differences in the experimental outcome. CTL has addressed these challenges by identifying the parameters that can impact the results, such as cell preparation, reagent concentrations, cryopreservation, thawing, cell-counting procedures and more.

CTL’s comprehensive standardization package includes serum-free media solutions, cryopreservation reagents, standardized antigens (e.g., CEF peptide pools), and cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) (uncharacterized and characterized for HLA types and antigen reactivity), all of which can be used to perform research and development and / or standardized immune testing.
