Cerebricon Ltd. and Neurological Models Inc. Announce Strategic Alliance.

Cerebricon and Keith Baker, the former president of Neurological Models today have announced that they have formed a strategic alliance that will focus their combined efforts to promote services related to Cerebricon's innovative Preclinical CNS Disease Modeling platforms in North America.
The alliance will establish the development, testing and marketing of both established as well as new and innovative models related to Cerebricon's CNS Modeling Platforms. This is an affirmative move to further establish and cement Cerebricon as a leader in the Preclinical testing of compounds and therapies aimed at CNS diseases and to allow it to enhance its US operations.
Cerebricon will use Mr Baker's experience and contacts to enhance the scientific input within its various CNS disease modeling platforms thereby communicating seamlessly with clientele in North America .
Cerebricon's CEO Dr Juha Yrjänheikki speaking after the conclusion of discussions with Keith Baker of Neurological Models Inc. stated: "We are pleased that we can collaborate with Neurological Models in this fashion.
