Cerebricon Ltd. and Pronexus Analytical AB Sign Exclusive Agreement in the Areas of Marketing and Scientific Collaboration

Cerebricon Ltd and Pronexus Analytical AB are pleased to announce that they have completed an agreement that allows Cerebricon Ltd. exclusive license to market Pronexus Analytical Services to new and existing clientele. The agreement also takes into account a wider collaboration in the area of preclinical models development with a specific focus on applied research projects that are aimed to optimize existing analytical methods and develop new analytical techniques in order to determine endogenous molecules, as well as, drug levels in brain samples.
Cerebricon in conjunction with its current offering of surgical models, transgenic models, behavioral, biological NMR and immunohistochemistry and microdialysis will extend its product offering to include Pronexus Microdialysis Services and Pronexus Bioanalytical Services.
In conjunction with this agreement Dr Jan Kehr has been appointed as a Senior Advisor to Cerebricon Ltd. and also takes a seat on Cerebricon's Scientific Advisory Board.
