INC Research Expands European Operations

RALEIGH, NC– March 7, 2006 – INC Research announced today that the company has further expanded its scope of global operations with the opening of three new offices in Paris, France; St. Petersburg, Russia; and Kiev, Ukraine. This brings the total number of INC Research locations to 20 worldwide.
INC Research strategically located its facility in Paris, France to better serve key French pharmaceutical customers and to be in close proximity to the third largest biotechnology sector in Europe. The new office locations in St. Petersburg, Russia and Kiev, Ukraine add to the capabilities currently provided from the company’s facility in Moscow. Also, by locating new offices in St. Petersburg and Kiev, INC Research gains access to qualified investigators with large patient populations previously untapped for participation in clinical trials. The locations of each of the three new offices are in regions that give the company access to a readily available, skilled pool of scientific and technical professionals.

The opening of offices in France, Ukraine and a second in Russia will supplement the already extensive presence of INC Research in Europe, which currently includes operations in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia (Moscow), Serbia and Montenegro, Spain, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. INC Research also has 5 offices in North America including its global headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
