ION TRAP / ESI-LC MS - EVALUATION OF COMPLEX MIXTURES IN PROTEOMICS, DRUG DISCOVERY AND METABOLIC PROFILES

HCT and HCTultra (high capacity trap) - an ultra-high performance ion trap mass spectrometer for dramatically faster and more sensitive analysis in proteomics and metabolomics.

HCTultra PTM DISCOVERY SYSTEM – the first to feature electron transfer dissociation, a fragmentation technique that preserves post-translational modifications and provides unique capabilities for PTM discovery.

ultraflex III TOF/TOF with smartbeam technology – newly enabled for fastest LC-MALDI data acquisition, this instrument features the latest advancements in the sensitivity, resolution and mass accuracy of MALDI-TOF and TOF/TOF technology for high-success expression proteomics and advanced biomarker discovery studies. Smartbeam is the ideal laser technology for cutting-edge research in MALDI imaging. Other applications like large proteins or clinical proteomics also benefit from the smartbeam performance enhancements.

FTMS - ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE IN METABOLITE ID AND TOP-DOWN PROTEOMICS

apex ultra - hybrid Qq-FTMS with ultra-high resolution and accurate mass for ultimate performance in proteomics including ECD and IRMPD. Low maintenance refrigerated magnets with field strengths of up to 15t are available. The apex series features unrivalled analytical performance: 900,000 resolving power (7t), sub-fmol sensitivity and sub-ppm mass accuracy for ultimate analytical claims.

apex IV - delivers 1ppm (internal calibration) mass accuracy and MS(n) for structure elucidation and confirmation. 4.7t and 7t magnets are available for ultra-high performance FTMS.
