Buchi NIRFlex N-500 - the universal platform for your NIR solution

The Buchi NIRFlex N-500 adapts the successful polarization interferometer, which leads to optimum resolution and a compact design maintaining the advantage of insensitivity to mechanical disturbances.

The Buchi NIRFlex N-500 has been designed for applications using various sampling options, which can be changed quickly within seconds to suit a particular application.

NIRFlex Fiber Optic probes for raw material control

Fiber optic probes are developed for at-line raw materials control in their original containers in rough environments. The integrated remote-control feature has two LEDs for displaying the status of the instrument and the measurement results.

NIRFlex Fiber Optic Solids is available for the measurement of any kind of solid samples in reflection. It can be expanded for liquid samples using a transflection adapter. Even highly corrosive liquid samples can be investigated using the NIRFlex Fiber Optic Liquids transmission probe.

NIRFlex Solids Transmittance

With NIRFlex Solids Transmittance, Buchi offers a powerful tool to fulfill a major request of pharmacopoeias to ensure consistency of dosage units in tablets for final release.

It offers a speedy, efficient and non-destructive method with the ability to determine multiple parameters simultaneously. To get complete sample information it is necessary to perform transmission measurements, especially for coated or multilayer tablets.

During tabletting it is essential to monitor all quality relevant parameters like compression force, weight, thickness, diameter, hardness and API content online. This goal is achieved by integrating the robust NIRFlex N-500 with the Solids Transmittance module into the proven Checkmaster from Fette Compacting.

NIRFlex Solids reflection measurements

NIRFlex Solids is the ideal configuration for the determination of different kinds of solids in reflection. It can accept a number of options including autosamplers for six vials or for ten tablets.

NIRFlex Liquids in transmission measurement

NIRFlex Liquids is optimized for the measurement of liquids in transmission at controlled temperatures ranging from ambient up to 65°C. It can accommodate up to six cuvettes.

NIRWare has been designed to meet all the needs of our customers. The software is of modular and flexible design without compromising its clear structure. The high computing speed of NIRCal 5 is a decisive advantage especially in processing and visualizing large data records. The NIRCal Toolbox add-on helps to optimize chemometric calibrations.
